    Don't know whether to be happy or ANGRY over this! If he cost us peanuts, then Alfie is worth a punt for the future, but right now, we really need players that can either start, or come off the bench and play a role.

    I'm beginning to wonder whether we are throwning in the towel now? Basically play anybody, hope we pick up enough points to stay above 17th and avoid the drop, then do a massive clear-out of players for cash, and hope our wretched FFP improves by August?

    Can be something like “Eddie, if we sign midfielder and striker, you’re confident for top-5 finish? No? Then we’ll do it in summer”
