I see Nottingham-born central defender Riley Harbottle has gone on loan to Colchester.

Judging by his performances for Mansfield last season he might have been a decent signing for us. Although let's hope Jaden Warner shores up our leaky defence and smashes it out of the park!

He cant be that good, He only played 2 games for Wycombe since the start of the season and was substituted at half time in his first game. Not what i would call a glowing reference..

It will happen all the time, club will say to agent do you think your player would be interested, this is what we usually pay wages wise without saying directly what they would pay them and off you go.
There’s not a lot wrong with it in some ways, if a club went directly to the club the player can probably work out roughly what they will pay anyway and agents certainly will.

We need players who are as good or better than what we already have, not someone just to make the numbers up..

Jesus it’s bad enough writing off players after 1 game, before they’ve even signed is a new record.

Are you sure you actually like football?

He was recalled by MC, and he wouldn't be MC U21's if he was a donkey (age against him in a way I suppose and city are looking to see where he will get the most game time). Got to wonder if he will get that with us?

Actually in some areas (forwards, attacking midfielders, wingers) thats exactly what we need.

Well, if we do sign him then lets hope he can shine with us.. We have had too many loan players in the past who just haven't been up to much..
