All this we are skint, we can’t survive stuff doesn’t stack up with what the chairman said last week, so either he lives in cuckoo land, he lies or the views on our terrible financial situation are exaggerated. We all know we can’t spend like the big championship clubs, but it is hard to defend our overall ability to manage our assets and recruit. Borough bought a premier league reserve player form£1m and sell him within a year for £15m even with city’s sell on clause that is great business. Now we have broken our transfer record twice this season and spent over £1m on a player, so it is possible to do successful recruitment within our budget, you just need the people that are good at the job. What frustrates me is this belief that the club is doing everything it can and every example anyone comes up with to challenge that belief is shot down or people are accused of hating TS or wanting to bankrupt the club, there is some middle ground here. By the way I think TS is a good chairman but not convinced by those around him.

I think there are multiple reasons why signings haven’t happened.
It’s probably a bit of we’ve been stung with contracts that have to be adhered to.
Players not wanting to come.
FFP.
Also I think we should only concentrate on loans and a lot of them tend to happen on the last day.
