Think her "evidence" will unravel. Her story was that only relevant WhatsApp messages were retained and yet nothing of her and equally importantly Swinney's WhatsApp messages were on their phones. The relevant messages were retained. If so where are they, and how were they transferred to the record of their actions.
I think there needs to be a complete clean out of the senior SNP figures and the civil servants who have so obviously sold their principles. The civil servants work for the people of Scotland not the bunch of politicians who happen to be elected.

I would like to know who told Nicola and her pals that they could delete their WhatsApp messages. I'd like to know how they managed to create a system where the materiality of a message could be assessed by either the sender or the recipient.

The media seem to think that Nicola made the tough decisions and have cut her some slack because she cried. Self serving Crocodile tears seems to be the assessment of some of the families who lost relatives to covid.
I think the destruction of the WhatsApp messages has weakened the SNP case. They cannot deny any allegation because the evidence that they might have been able to rely on has been destroyed, along with the bad stuff.
