This is an entirely different proposition to the roles he's held in the past .

Basically he's expected to find players for nothing who can show enough improvement so they can be sold on for profit .

His role should actually be to build us a squad capable of getting out of this league and holding our own in the championship .

This is an entirely different challenge to the roles he's had before .

Which club would employ a player analyst the day after the transfer window closes when the club in question had a serious opportunity to achieve an automatic promotion spot. All they needed was to identify obtainable targets to give them the final impetus.

What part of the club's statement is so difficult for you to understand ? .

For all you know the Game Model may well be a more passing based style , the truth is neither you or I know what that will look like .

This guy for all we know may well be hired to play the way Collins wants to with the recruitment based on that .

Until we see over a period of time we don't know and neither do you .
