He knows a bit more about football than me. His view was that the set up was realistic but that we showed too much respect to Southampton in the first half, which, in fairness, does accord with some of the views on here.

    No worries - been there and done that...

    I would add that Richardson largely the same players to work with as Taylor and expecting fundamental change is possibly asking for too much.

    He could try & change the set up,4-4-2 at home for a start.
