    Gravy to die for mon ami. This dish really is the racing dog's bollox, we will never starve that is for sure.

    Another of her speciality dishes is a sort of a Caribbean chicken curry she learned from an ex-work colleague of hers who happens to be Jamaican. I do a 50/50 chips and rice accompaniment and have to literally fight the grandkids to get a plate.
