Judge LR after a transfer window where the chairman backs him. Also only one person has named an alternative and that was Evan’s, do you really think SE would have tolerated asking for 5 players and having 5 players shipped out and only 3 in. I do agree LR isn’t helping himself with the cautious football at home but to base an argument that the man that spent more than any other Rotherham manager is better than him on TWO home game performances is insane. We will see next year which one does the best, but I am sure if it is LR it will be excused with something else.
If he wants to be here next season I don’t think he can afford to be anything other than cautious. Richardson has improved the team since he arrived. Taylor left the club with no options or anything to play with in the transfer window.

    I’m looking at this way.

    We go down!

We get promoted in our centenary year!

TS sells and leaves as a hero!

There would be much potential for the new owner.I think that is one reason nothing has been done with the G&C building, let the new owner do all that the way they want.To win promotion in TS's outgoing year would be a good sendoff.

    Promotion next year????

Have you any idea how much trouble the club is in?

We are talking about a decline, the like of which we have not seen for decades.

We will be playing Chesterfield very soon.

The point about the centenary is a good one. TS is sure to want to be in charge of such a milestone, and what better way to crown your reign than with a promotion.

But will he sell or hand over the reins to son Richard? I've never met either but the impression I get from a distance is that junior might not be too bothered about inheriting this drain on his inheritance.
