No-one wants to read people battling each other on here. I also put forward my view, which you marked as negative despite the fact that most of this thread I have bent over backwards to say we have to be grateful to the owners. You also said I was demanding promotion, and I have said no such thing. I just don't want relegation, which could be a threat in the future, whether we have a fanzone or not.

    Please leave it now.

Wear it as a badge of pride. Of course, most people sided with Trew at the time but look what happened later.

Hmmm, a few thousand views on the old handbags thread suggests otherwise!

Classic owners gaffs trashing their customers. I remember it with some disbelief. Was it when you used the phrase "papering over the cracks"?

It ranks along with AH's Twitter argument, late at night, in the bath on Twitter. He was warned that nothing good would come of it and he argued that it was his relaxation. A few days later Little Alan made his appearance.

Still, Ratner trashed his jewelry business with his speech 'People say, "How can you sell this for such a low price?", I say, "because it's total crap." He compounded this by going on to remark that one of the sets of earrings was "cheaper than a prawn sandwich from Marks and Spencer's, but I have to say the sandwich will probably last longer than the earrings".'

Warnock was never the answer. Yet another defeat last night. His only win so far was against a Scottish L2 side, and they were fortunate to win that. For all the talk of him being a motivator it doesn't seem to be working at Aberdeen. 16% win ratio for him up there. Barry-Murphy is a good shout. He almost kept Rochdale in L1 with the smallest budget in the league, playing some lovely football at times. If the bros do indeed pull the plug, i think Scott Lindsay would another good option. His Crawley team play good football, and given they were overwhelming favourites to finish bottom, to have them 9th and 2 points off the top 7 is outstanding really.

But he could be a nice bloke, when I mentioned on here that I was having back problems he invited me to the ground for the club physio to have a look at it, two sides to every story I guess. COYP

I definitely enjoy posters battling, if anyone in here goes into a cafe or pub and see/hear two people arguing, 99% are going to be listening or watching.

A season defining game on Saturday then for the current management team I think. Must win and I hate that sentiment.

Feels like we've just had the season defining game to be honest and it will take more than an isolated win now to push that debacle to the back of people's minds. Still without a win at home, Maynard desperately needs 3 points at Meadow Lane but obviously getting something at Bradford would calm the waters somewhat - They haven't conceded in the last 4 though and have won the last 3.

Irish, I don't remember it at all. I've no wish to give anyone both barrels I like reading the board and sometimes comment, have done for years now and am sorry you and for that matter Bohinen think I'm digging you out.
I sometimes think people go overboard when it's not going well and will argue against their view but that's all it is, a differing view.
