    That's typical autocratic behaviour.
Front and centre, on the pitch in the sunshine at Wembley when things are going well......nowhere to be seen when we're patently the worst team in the Championship.

What has happened to the DNA of our club? MT got us playing some lovely football at times, but we couldn’t afford that quality in depth to sustain us over a full season - he had to fill gaps with older, injury prone players and little on the bench - that was always going to unravel. PW understood that we needed to graft and he instilled, to a good enough degree, a ‘no surrender, high press’ approach that brought us some success even as we punched above our weight - at least we’d give a good enough account of ourselves more often. When Woody and Wiles left, a core part of that DNA went with it and what were we left with? Talented players dotted around but not really a team - and crucially, the bulk of the fight has gone

The Championship is not for everyone, as we keep proving. Of course rivals keep saying we are the worst ever team ever at this level, and we're just about to prove them right.
I watched today because the result was irrelevant to the season. We lost because they were much better than us, simply that.
I feel sorry for the travelling fans, but they must have had an Inkling that this was going to happen.
    Roll on Summer!!!

I’m beginning to warm to the Alan Stubbs era and look back with a modicum of fondness. Clearly he wasn’t as bad as we thought he was

We’re now at a whole new level. A much lower level

Whilst Tony publicly backed LR a while ago this was before the perpetual heavy defeats and the lost by half time period we are now in.
If our owner trusts this Manager with some of his wealth for the next 6 months he’ll be making a very bad business decision and considering where he’s got to in life I’d be very surprised if he does that.
Time for a rethink as circumstances have changed for the worse

The LR appointment process was a shambles from start to finish. TS thought he had a replacement for MT who then gave back word and so the club spent a month scratching around for a manager. All quality candidates didn't want to touch the job with a barge pole so LR ended up with it by default. It sounds harsh but I can't believe the situation played out in any other way. On a side note I think LR will get his second win against Plymouth. I've always had a gut feeling that Plymouth are going down.....I don't know why! Their result yesterday was a real set back at the worst time of the season and they may find themselves in the bottom three for the first time in the season after the 46th game.
