[QUOTE=Young_Nudger;40500303]These owners did not take over the leadership of the club from Patrick Cryne - they were only part of the board of directors.

There wasn’t much sorrow expressed by the club when he left.
And when he did leave the club, his job was split into two positions.
Obviously the board believing that all the mistakes that were being made was a result of too much responsibility for just one person to deal with.
So they appointed a new CEO and also appointed a DoF.

This last parts gone really well with the Thalhammer incident- really nipped the problem in the bud. Do we need to sack one or both of these - I’m not sure which one is head of EU National work permits , or it could be that they forgot this bit in the job description as we’ve never appointed an EU National before

Don't forget Renns there is another one in the re-structuring. Ann Hough was brought in as Head of Football Operations and Club Secretary as she was/is red on things like this. They didn't want another FA Cup type fiasco.

With our a doubt she has already shown her value by trying to bring a new manager in without a work permit , not like us to look utter fools is it !!!

I am curious Jules , why would she not have her fingerprints over this ? she has come as secretary who would be responsible surely for administration , a work permit would fall under her remit but choose what it has turned out to be another massive own goal.
