Am I missing something here Nudge in your attempt to set Shads up as a straw man by claiming Shads said the owners took money out of the club and then criticising him for it.
As far as I read it Shads said the owners wish to make money as a successful football club. It is you Nudge that has added the next step by saying they took any money available out of the club for themselves. Shads has never said that and deserves an apology.
On the other hand it is me who has said the Directors took £750K out of the BFC Club Account in order to pay the first instalment of the £3.5 mill purchase price of the club rather than using their own money It was dressed up by creative accounting as a "Directors Bonus". Apart from the Crynes (20%) who were the beneficiaries the Directors at the time were listed as--
Chien Lee..31.25%
Neerav Parekh..21.25%
Zach Schreiber..9% (New York Investor Group NYIG)
Joshua Samuelson..5% NYIG
Matthew Edmonds and wife Julie Ann Quay..3.25% NYIG
Lee Pollock 2.75% NYIG
Paul Conway and Grace Hung ..7.5% Pacific Media Group
None of the Directors are shown in the Accounts to have returned their "Bonus" and it was transferred direct to the Crynes from the Club Accounts rather than from the Directors own pockets to the Crynes to begin buying the club.
As an aside you keep referring to Conway as a "majority shareholder". He has never held more than 7.5% of BFC shares on conjunction with Hung. His "control" results from the NYIG making him their representative plus his association with Lee. This "control" and the lack of transparency about the membership of the NYIG is the central issue of the ongoing EFL Investigation.
