Yes - there’s a few in a close knit group that go around in circles patting each other on the back and agreeing with everything that each other has to say.

They promote no argument or discussion.
Their only output is kicking the imaginary dog.
In this case that dog is a pouring out of negativity towards Barnsley Football Club and especially its owners.

As a consequence of that - this message board slows to a snails pace.
And if you want an example of that - go back a few months when I wasn’t on here and only thing moving across the pages was tumble weed.
For example - Animals post - on the lines of the worst thing that’s happened to the club recently - got something like 8 replies.
A topic like that should have easily generated 50 or more.

BTW - I’m not addressing this to every one on here because there are a few who know how to debate properly without throwing the dummy out of the pram.

It may well be time for you to return to the BBS Board Nudge.

You will get a greater volume of "bites" there.

As regards Conway coming to the end of a four year "contract" with the New York Investor group then it does contradict your statements that Parekh and JAQ were our saviours by "wrestling control out of Conway's hands".

Hopefully the findings of the EFL Investigation will reveal the truth. It must be one hell of a document as it has taken a year so far.

There’s other outlets other than the BBS to discuss all things Barnsley.

And SB - who would you argue with if I left ?
Wouldn’t you be bored senseless ?

    Wrestling control.
JAQ would have had to be convinced to move.
They would not have jumped if they didn’t know it was safe to jump.
Big sums of money at stake - so there must have been quite intense conversations going on before they - Neerav, Crynes, JAQ - came together as a group.

And also the dilution of shares.
Putting £££millions in to reduce Lee’s share of the club.

Obviously these are what I’m referring to when I mention ‘wrestling control’.

It wouldn’t surprise me to hear that this EFL investigation also relates to ‘wrestling control’.
As we know - that investigation was initiated by the board through Neerav. Why else would he do that ?

And why would Neerav be happy that the Crynes sold their half of the ground to the council - so the ground is now under the full ownership of the council ?
We are told that it makes it easier to make improvements to the stadium.
But dosent it also mean that the ground cannot be sold to someone that could then put pressure on the football club?
Was one of the reasons it was sold - was so the football club would be more secure in the knowledge they had a stadium to play in ?
In other words - did someone (Chien Lee / Conway ?) investigate the possibility of buying Crynes half of the ground?

Lee/ Conway were hoping to purchase the whole infrastructure--stadium, surrounding car parks, training facilities, empty land, the lot and were making discreet enquiries as to alternative venues to Oakwell to play games. They were snookered by the Covenant which they hadn't researched properly before buying the club.
The Council becoming the 100% landlord and BFC tenants provides further security.

The later Share Issues were completed to keep the club afloat, the effect on Conway and Lee was a side issue as they had already lost control.

My mental health would be strong enough to cope should you decide to leave the Board Nudge so don't let that come into your decision

Considering your mental health has always been a top priority.
Obviously after reading some of your posts that concern has increased.
But joking aside - I ain’t going nowhere.
I’ll continue to say it as I see it.
No fishing - no wind ups - that’s not how I do things - I just say it as I see it.

    It’s a football message board.
    Football generates opinions.
I just refuse to be swept along by the tsunami of negativity that exists towards the club.
It might come as a surprise to some - that some posters on here agree with some of the thinks I say.

    Back to the club.
I didn’t get to the last supporters meeting - but I got to the one before that.
Neerav at that meeting said they (the board) had heard nothing from Paul Conway for about a year.
Which ever way you look at this - the present leadership of the club has done a terrific job cutting Conway out of the picture.
We should be thankful for that.

Well mi break lasted a short few hours

In those short few hours, I've had time to contemplate things.

Why are we questioning or an@lysing the glaring mistakes that the board has made?

Why are we questioning their presence or motives for being at the club?

Why are we wondering what the future holds?

It's all in good hands isn't it. Their best interests are clearly in the supporters and the club. Communication is on the point quite clearly. We must be stupid to even doubt or question them.

Nudger, I will shake their hands as you did with Conway and Lee.

I will wait until the CEO divulges some information (as Khaled did about Conway) until realising the thing some of our supporters were pointing out all along.

I will now be a happy clapper and refuse to try and read between the lines or come up with any logic about any of our financial decisions or dare to doubt our transfer recruitment no matter what level we recruit from. The players statistics are very difficult to argue with when all said and done. In James and the recruitment team i trust.

I will be 100% confident that all our signings will not only come good, but also after seeing them half a dozen times ascertain that they're good enough to play at Premiership/Championship level.

I will blame the head coach for his inability to get results or perform the Barnsley way with clearly the best squad in this division.

I will never doubt any fundamental errors that the club makes (like laiking an ineligible player in the FA cup) and blame the player himself. Corr, what an idiot Aiden Marsh is

Of course this new found attitude and thought process of mine (and i urge you fellas on here to all to adopt the same new found philosophy as i have) will somewhat quell the debate with Nudger, thus leaving this message board with 8 replies per thread and tumbleweed blowing through. The absence of any doubt in the consortium will make riveting conversation and we can all pat each other on the back.

Any new member or old member of Tykeschat that doubts our blind faith or unconditional support and faith in the directors will be totally ridiculed and hopefully banned off this site for daring to question any decision that the consortium makes.

My new found philosophy has breathed new life into me. I feel reborn again and of a very positive frame of mind.

I have no doubt that the consortium knows best. I will not hear of any doubt towards them. They will make the club millions and be in the Premiership within 10 years.

Up the Reds. Come on you Reds and Up the Football League we go!!!!!!!

No one wants to ( or should ) debate with you.
Whilst you were banned, the group, and its postings were again enjoyable to read.

I propose a vote amongst all this forums members on a permanent ban for this total idiot, on the grounds that he is disruptive, and a total fool. Not conducive to an enjoyable experience.

    I'm with Pass. Great idea.

It's nothing but positivity, positivity from now on.

It think it's very clever/savvy that the club are not being open and transparent about the number of great value Season Tickets sold. Now the Extended Early Bird phase is complete it makes fans more curious about next season's crowds and it will generate further sales, even if the price has gone up a little.

    # Go , Go Neerav ! (As in USA style cry of encouragement, not a demand to leave club)
