    His Halifax side were horrible to play against. Very high energy, very well organised. Aggressive all over the pitch. Pretty much all the things we weren't towards the end of last season.

    Doncaster have signed midfielder and winger Harry Clifton on a free from Grimsby.

    260+ games for the Mariners and only 25 years old. Born and bred in Grimsby too, so you'd think that would be a bit of a blow to them to lose him to a rival (and quite local) team.
