I worry that Scotland players never seem to produce club form in the dark blue shirt. As someone mentioned in another thread, about English players being made to look good among a sea of foreign talent at club level. Maybe the case for our boys? I am waiting to see how the great Billy Gilmour fairs, as according to Keith Jackson of the DR, he is Scotland’s best player and ready to be unleashed on Europes finest!

Maybe that is the worry then; if BG does get injured the whole team cannot play as well, I would have had Gauld as back up; although to be fair Lewis Morgan is not a bad player and although different position didnt know who Tommy Conway was until last Fri.

Rumors going round that Stones is being kept separate as there’s a fear his bug will sweep through their squad. I would pish my breeks if that were to happen. Talksport already has them won it bar a couple of pundits who realize Dunk, crocked Stones, crocked Shaw, dodgy Pickford, dodgy Trippier aren’t a tournament winning defence. A midfield of Rice, Alexander, Bellingham, Foden and Saka—every single one of them looking to go forward in sake of defence. I can see them getting unstuck early on.
