    O/T:- RIP Kevin Campbell

A great powerful centre forward has just passed away after a short illness.

Was it something to do with his kidneys?

    RIP

It's also been announced that Millwall goalkeeper Matija Sarkic has died at the age of 26.

Campbell made two brief appearances against Notts for Arsenal in the 1991/92 season, subbed on 18 mins at Highbury (so he must have gotten injured) and then came on as a late sub at Meadow Lane in the return match.
He might have also played against us for Fowrd in a friendly/County Cup match or two in the mid-1990s.

Sad news about both players. Many of us will remember Kevin Campbell from when he played for Nottingham Forest alongside Pierre Van Hooijdonk as part of the formidable striker partnership when they got promoted back to the premier league in the late 90’s.
