From a bit of reading, sounds like he’ll be a really good player, in the Bostock mould. Should hopefully complement Palmer and Robertson.

I love it how a few laid claim to saying Notts’s had a rigid signing approach, young, cheap and hope to sell on and their doing the opposite 😂
I think him playing for Woking since Feb is a red herring in that the league he was in had just finished and probably just wanted a bit of quick fix till summer, wouldn’t be surprising if Burchnall knew him and helped out Doyle.

Could be our most important signing if he’s competent enough to guard against one injury in midfield bringing down the entire season again.

Seems to be a mixture of Manager signings and Radar so happy with that approach. I think we have made some very astute signings , a good mix of age and experience with a couple of curved balls in there- and most of those have turned out ok in the past. For me now, just need a fast ratty type midfielder and we are there.

Also, all the players signed were offered new contracts by their respective teams which speaks highly of them all. We have done early business and are heading into preseason with a squad already made giving us an advantage over many.

Wonder what? The Bros know they cocked up last close season and also that RM took some stick for some poor players. These announcements, with the RM standard remark, are just executive management readjusting reputations. And hasn't it always supposedly been "Tell us what you want manager and we will look for it and get it if we can" with the club (not the manager) then making announcements.

Not early enough if you recall some of the moaning on here a couple of weeks ago 😂
