    I'm not saying the recruitment team bringing in players the manager hasn't asked for is necessarily always a terrible thing btw
    If the players work out then great
    Luke had to work under the same system. He wasn't always happy about it but he was a pro and got on with it
    I'd have thought Luke had earned to right to have the final say but what do I know?
    It seems to be the way a lot of teams are going these days
