iFollow auto-renewal

I noticed today that iFollow charged me £45 for auto-renewing my yearly subscription, despite no longer having the rights to domestic games. I couldn't even log in to the app or the website to manage my subscription. I emailed iFollow/EFL, and the person there said there's nothing they can do about it and that I should take it up with the Notts.

How does that make sense? Anyone else had the same experience? Seems pretty illegal to take someone's money for a non-existent service while removing their ability to cancel the subscription.

If your subscription is paid by Direct Debit from your bank then if you read the Direct Debit terms you should simply tell your bank to refund you which they should do without argument. The issue of payment then becomes one between iFollow and you to resolve.

Did you contact someone to get the refund? The iFollow people aren't willing to help, which seems pretty crazy given that they've happily taken my money for a service that doesn't exist.

No didnt have to contact anyone, just got email stating it had been refunded, checked bank account and it was there.

I thought I did I follow on the Notts website. I've just looked on the new Notts website to ensure my subscription doesn't auto renew, but can't see Ifollow? Is it there but I'm not looking in the right place?

With less than a week to go is there any word on a replacement for i-Follow ?
My dollars are burning a hole in my pocket.
