    Maybe, but we definitely would have played with more flair. I've already called for Klopp to take over when Southgate moves on, some don't agree but each to their own choice. Thing is, Klopp has his eye on the German national team job but it's down to how the German FA see it if their current Manager wins the Euros.

    What I’ve seen of the Swiss they like to play with pace down the wings so we must find a way to stop that & we certainly can’t afford to play players unfit & out of position.

    Best form of defence is attack, give them something to think about which, we have failed to do so in all our games so far. It's about time WE attacked from the off. That way they won't have time to think about wing attacks.

    WAKE UP SOUTHGATE and give the lads the opportunity to play to their potential.

    I agree, we're not playing Brazil, it's fecking Switzerland. Yes they're organised and have a few decent players but pound for pound we should be rolling them over.

    Go 3 at the back and get Saka at LWB. It'll terrify them. Just don't tell anyone it's an experiment Gareth 🙈

    I’d go with that, then Kane can justify playing fullback Center half midfield & anywhere across the forward line like he does now to fill in the gaps.

    England haven't been very good but we are in the last 8, how he approaches the next game and how he reacts to the on field situation will be defining period for Southgate. If he goes into the game with the same lineup (except the suspension) we will struggle and another poor performance and worse result he will get the criticism he deserves. I do think he is smart enough not to make that mistake but is he brave enough?
