When I was single I used to have a selection of dubious tank tops solely because I only had to iron my shirt collars and sleeves for work.

Scott Parker now confirmed by the club. I am somewhat disappointed with the time it has taken to appoint a run of the mill manager.

I thought the board said thery were looking to bring in a "BIG" name manager and I cannot class Scott Parker in that class.

Still we all need to get behind him now and hope he proves he can acheive results.

My belief is that Parker was not the club`s first choice but RVN turned them down and he was considered the best of the rest that are currently available and/or interested in the BFC job.I think this is a big mistake by the board-at his last club it was two wins in twelve games and apparently it is boring style of football that he aspires to play.
The club wanted a big name that plays attractive football.Scott Parker is not a big name on the world stage and he does not play attractive football. The appointment and the time it took stinks of desperation.Even the introductory video by the club is downbeat and overstating that there will be “bumps ahead”.
Sorry but for me Pace has fecked up big time.

I refuse to be negative about this appointment. The lad knows the game inside out and at last he has arrived at a proper football club with a proper following behind it. Onwards & forwards. UTC#

    I'd rather have Steve Bruce.

Your comments about the boring football grates me a tad. I can't imagine anything being more boring than the football we had to endure last season under Kompany

There isn't a lot out there at the moment. I think that Parker is a sensible appointment, he knows the championship and is relatively experienced.

SCOTTY cardy PARKER. You will get my full unwavered support

    Welcome 🙏 to the Turf

He is a Parker, therefore, he will get my wholehearted support.
Last time he managed in the Championship his side had the best defensive record and were second in the list of goals scored and were promoted. However, he did have a goalscorer in Dominic Solanke who scored 29 goals, this is something which we really need.
Moan about the football if you wish, however, as always, it is results that matter!
