Is it possible that SM has decided on a style of play that Macca couldn’t adapt to? Scott, McGoldie and Jones and a newbie about to do the business. So many times last season we saw Macca alone up front, dodging left and right, waving for a ball that never came, perhaps SM has a “Plan B” to entertain us with.

We still have great options up front. No doubt. But we're a weaker side for losing Macca. In time we'll be stronger overall for it, with the way the brothers have recruitment set up. But not soon. Maybe not this season.

Davy when we lose a match you are personally more dramatic than every woman I know put together. Nothing wrong with that; the amount you care about this club's fortunes is absolutely my favourite thing about you.

Personal views on the phrase "Drama Queen"

    1. Laddo is a massive, massive drama queen
    2. So are all of us on here at one time or another. This forum is basically a grumpy old men's emotional support group some days
    3. It's probably not a homophobic term in most colloquial use, but I've seen it used that way
    4. It's definitely a ***ist (secksist) term. It's gendered and it's always used as an insult - that's ***ist by definition. So I generally prefer not to use it. But that's just me being a drama queen TBH
    5. Drama Llama is a much better term because it's not gendered, and it's offensive only to llamas who deserve it

Right, that's it. I'm going with Drama Llama from now on. Love it!

No Matty Palmer tonight. We obviously only made him captain to inflate his value.

Does that make me a Palmer Drama Llama?

I think it's due to the recent general election. You've become a calmer Palmer drama llama under Starmer.
