Looks like an upgrade on last season's strikers imo.
Well done the board on getting this done.

SIMON MURRAY, The missing piece of the jigsaw !
Dundee create chances every game, but we drew too many games because we did not take our chances,
think Simon will make a difference in the penalty box.

Pleased with this signing. If we could find him a playing partner we might really give clubs a shock! Wright and Coyne, Hemmings and Stewart, Murray and ???

Just wondered if Main and Murray could be a good combination? Patrick for Main, OK against lower level team but, how often have we struggled against this type of opposition on the past?

when Main signed for Dundee last season , his fitness levels were below the rest of the squad.
Now that he has a pre season full fitness, i think he will show an improvement.
he has a physical presence and might be the perfect foil for Simon Murray.

I think Main has a decent turn of pace. And he leaves his boot in. It will be interesting to see who plays where. We have to keep McCowan, and ideally Cameron, but we must get a central midfielder. A midfield with only Sylla capable of dealing with the physical stuff has proven to be very lightweight. None of the younger players are capable of that job. If we go with the luxury of Cameron and McCowan, we simply have to get a more physical player in.

Agree. Had thought that McCowan and Murray might be excellent but if Main and Murray could find a way to play for each other I think that would be even better and have McCowan playing the creativity.
