I'm with you on mature cheddar but if we're having a salad orientated meal with peppers, grapes,olives, dips etc then it's a selection of cheeses. Not a particular fan of Camembert but enjoy Blackstick, Brie, smoked cheese, sheep and goat cheeses and some flavoured cheddar like those with Chilli or apricot. Christmas I don't mind Stilton-though only if it's with some Xmas cake and a bottle of port 😁Originally Posted by boingy

I can’t stand cheese, the thought of it grated or sliced etc makes me want to throw up.
But perversely, I love pizza as long as the cheese is really cooked to a crisp.
I love cheese and onion crisps and cheesecake as well.
It’s just cheese in it’s purest form I can’t stomach but I can fully understand why so many people do love it.
