I wouldn't have a problem with Harris assuming the mantle, she seems competent, which the past two POTY's have struggled with. But I'm not sure the US voters would be so supportive. I'm not sure they are ready for a woman POTY let alone a first Blasian one. She was picked as VP by Biden as a shield against assassination on this basis after all.

The EU really is useless at this. It has so much to answer for in lives lost/ misery inflicted/ economic disaters.

To the best of my knowledge I’ve never mentioned Meghan Markle before today, or defended Diane Abbott…beyond believing her to be a good constituency MP who got promoted beyond her ability. You’re the one who’s brought them both up in relation to KH, but whatever goes on in that curious little head of yours must be true, so I’ll leave you to it.
