Don’t get me wrong he’s not a great player but he’s versatile and steady. We’ve lost three centre mids and the squad is paper thin and prone to injury. This one makes sense for me given it’s short term and low risk all round.

For f uck sake! Rather have Adam Reach and he was s hite! Just asked a Boro season ticket holder their thoughts and he said he would drive him to Birmingham!

If we sign him then hope Carlos takes the wrap if he’s s hite - like Chalobah, M’Vila were and the West Ham prospect he never played!

Don’t let Okay go unless there’s a like for like quality player. Not a reject who is not wanted!

Al when you have no money, you don’t find free superstars on low wages. Those signings are likely the best we could get in the circumstances, not a blunder. This is the same; an experienced squad filler.

The kid from West Ham didn’t work out. He was doing well in PL2, we had a look at him, he wasn’t ready - simple. No one lost out.

    I agree.

He’s been Boro’d player of the season so maybe their ITK fan isn’t the sage he thinks he is.

69 games for Northern Ireland, came through at Man Utd and cost Sunderland £5.5m years ago.

    Obviously no mug.

We haven’t a pot to p I s s in and people clearly don’t understand that under FFP we can’t just spend on players despite what a chairman might want to spend.

You cannot do that anymore, when will people understand that!?

This is why we should be keeping Yokuslu for another year. It just doesn’t make sense to me, unless of course, he’s desperate to leave!

    He’s on £30k a week!

Is there something about the finances you just don’t understand Leicester?

We have to live within our means or face a points deduction.

I really can’t understand why our fans can’t grasp this?

What Mick is trying to say - anyone with a decent fee on their head can leave. Anyone on high wages like Wallace, Swift and Grant will stay as nobody will want them on loan because of their wages and quality v wage!

Personally - I would have touted Griffiths - Asante and Grady for what we could get!

Get Dike fit too and get rid before he breaks down again!

    Thanks Baggieal. It’s a pleasure Mick 😭

McNair has already signed a full contract with San Diego so it will only be a loan until January so my guess is we might sent Taylor out on loan for the first part of the season to get him more game time.

I hope not! Surely Taylor is the future and needs game time now! Worries me with Carlos and his motley crew of has beens.

Tells you something - San Diego!! Didn’t Tyrone Mears come from the MLS and he was Big Dave’s mate and s hite!

Any chance San Diego will take Dike to recuperate in the sunshine and eat fajitas?
