    As an outsider, what is it about Everton (or rather the club's supporters) that people dislike so much? How are they worse than other team's supporters?

    I know no fans of Everton, but I also know of no one who dislikes them particularly. Most people see it as a proud, working class club and a club that belongs in the top tier because of their history, support etc.

    For me its how they went on about us being relegated when Sunderland beat them.. they cheered and celebrated with Sunderland supporters even though they were beaten..

    The way some of their fans go on is terrible with their expectations, yet used to call us deluded..

    as someone else said earlier in this thread.. phook em..

    I hope they go into administration

    Their hounding of Gordon stands out in the memory with a few chasing his car down the street; swearing at and threatening him.

    That worked out well for them.
