Still can’t fathom why some seem so obsessed with how PSF are going. We haven’t once played the same starting line up. I think it’s obvious who the better players are in our squad and they rarely play with each other in these games.
If Boston want to play at full tilt, that’s them. Folk would soon be moaning if we were playing our strongest side and turning teams over 3/4 nil but picking up injuries along the way. SM can’t win, though I hope that trend changes a week on Saturday.

Personally I'd love to see our best players turn other teams over 3 or 4 nil! Sadly, I'm not sure it's in our locker.

Who's to say Boston were playing at full tilt either?! Their season is also about to begin. For cohesion purposes it seems like madness not using these games to play your starting 11 together - at least for some of the match.

Having seen most of the friendlies some of the new signings don't look good enough for League 2 level plus a couple of players from last season who don't seem to give a fg toss.

I said so toward the end of last season but this clown Maynard has not got a fg clue.He should have been sacked at the end of last season. He is out of his depth as results showed.

Pre season or not pre season the writing is on the wall

If he is still here end of September God help us.
How dramatic. It's about getting minutes into legs and players gelling. It's not about results.

At this point in pre-season, we're in a far worse place than we we're last season and we're far more likely to be relegated than promoted as things stand in my eyes.

These last few months have been a joke from top to bottom, from that ridiculous premature board statement in early April, to the lack of decent social media team, to the mediocre-at-best signings.

The only good thing to come out is The Nest.

You appear not to have noticed, but there are a few players not getting minutes in legs and the dismal results suggests that the players aren't gelling particularly well!

Let's not forget the superb new pitch.

All we've got to do is find some players to go with it.
