Isn’t that exactly what’s been happening in the USA for years? It’s the main building block of Trump’s policies and ‘appeal’.

Hmmm…I suppose if your definition of doing a ‘good job’ is playing with your ‘stickies’ and putting up match threads almost three weeks before a game when we don’t even know what the squad will be…then you give yourself a big pat on the back. Ah well…

    QED
There is a huge difference between identifying the specific targeting of female police officers by bullying thugs and suggesting that such officers should be treated differently, so I don’t think you’ve put anything ‘to bed’ there at all.

So you can square off ‘equally capable’ with (but) ‘should be treated differently’. Very strange and even more QED IMO

No, what I can ‘square off’ is the fact that the subject of Dal Babu’s comment was the cowardly bully boy thugs who deliberately target women who they perceive to be weaker. The subject of your comment, in comparison, was that he was trying to make a special case for women. He wasn’t.

The strength factor is true enough in sport where - in rugby, cricket, football, boxing, athletics, tennis etc - the best man will always, or invariably, beat the best woman. It isn’t the same in policing where levels of training, protective clothing and equipment all play a huge part.

Where I live has nothing to do with anything. It’s a choice I made years ago and I’m far from being the only one on here who lives in what you describe as an ‘elite’ area. You may as well say that because I don’t live in poverty I have no right to comment on those that do.

As regards women…if women pass the training to join the SAS etc I would have no complaints. It’s not an area I, or I suspect you, can claim any expertise in but we come from an age when few women drove, there were no businesswomen or female headteachers/GP’s and the idea of a woman driving an HGV, a bus or piloting an plane would have been completely alien. Times change…try and keep up!
That quite honestly RA is poor at best.

Headteachers/lorry drivers/ piloting ? Please show me where physical attributes affect the female genda there? There were women pilots in WW2 ffs, . They may not not have been front line pilots , but contribute they did. You know damn well what I mean. The SBS/SAS/Police require humans to get hands on with humans. CAN WOMEN DO THAT JOB AS WELL AS MAN?
They can do many many things, but to compare a head teacher geting tough, with an armed terrorist in a knife fight is laughable.

My glee again? I have been saying for years, that trouble will come from mass migration. It isn't just here, it is all over Europe. You are your ilk, think its a magical thing and everyone will just adapt and bathe in its greatness.
the reality is, it doesn't. Humans are tribal, like that or not. Its in the genetics.
When you allow millions to flood a culture with another culture, all that will happen is they will seperate and carry on as before. Europe has learned this the hard way.
Then the clash begins. Womens rights/ childrens rights/ free speech/ cultural norms. All are different all over the world.

You and the likes of Starmer don't want to confront it and call it out.
His speech the other day was comical, "IT'S THE HARD RIGHT THUGGERY" he droned like an automaton. This man has no personality and instead of engaging with the public, calling for peaceful calm and dialogue. He ostracised millions of people by taking sides. The mans a buffoon.
He took sides with the BLM riots, with him and his side kicks bending the knee , whilst cities burned.

Folks don't forget and this time, he promises to defend mosques and Muslims, yet doesn't mention anyone else?

When you go to the doctor with a pain. His job is to help your pain and find out what is causing it. This fool thinks a dose of morphine cures the problem and it will go away.

FARAGE is correct, (not that you'll watch it)

There have been many settied immigrants from commonwealth countries, expressing their worries about the immigration levels over many years on tv. When they came, it was managable numbers and fitted in nicely with the gaps we had in the economy.
Now its out of control, even they are bothered and that includes from their own native lands.

Talking of election posts, theis was Rachel Reeves just before the election, praising a 1945 poster of a Labour pensioner.

Ooooooooops, pants of fire and it wasn't even Swale lying this time.

    Rachel Reeves

Love this poster from 1945. This time again, it's Labour who will stand up for pensioners, defending the triple lock & winter fuel payments.
