Totally agree DD his quality was clear last night, a top TOP class player.
Instead of selling him can we not give him a decent wage increase keep him for a couple of seasons he is only 25 just now.
Get a good return in goals and assists from him over the next couple of season then sell him as he still only be 27 or 28 with a lot still to offer.
win win situation for us all including the clubs success on the park if we can do that
But what the fk do I know.

But for now my optimism lives on

There's no doubt that Morris has hugely improved and for the first time I am starting to think there might be a footballer in there. He has got electric pace, which is a great asset in the current game, his crossing whilst far from perfect has definitely improved and he had a couple of good dribbles as well last night. There is also no doubt that his final pass/shot needs a lot of work but under Thelin and his coaches let's give him a chance to see if he can continue to improve.

Pape Gueye I'm still on the fence over, I would certainly keep him until at least the January window to see if Thelin can get a tune out of him

Ambrose though is a different story.....

He probably needs to go for the good of his own career, just the fact the stumbling block appears to be clubs not wanting to stump up decent wedge for him.

Must be worth a punt of £6-8 million from any club, in a decent league, seeking a decent striker.

    A real class act.

Morris is coming into his third season with us and being honest, has hardly set the world on fire, whilst Ambrose is only just starting out with us and like any player, outwith the real top ones, needs a run of games to show what he can do.

For sure this is Morris third season but you might argue it is his first under a proper manager

More than happy to give Ambrose a chance but he looks slow and cumbersome and certainly overweight but as you say let's see and will be delighted if I am proven wrong

He is, but it's not as if we have played the top teams in Scotland in any of the five games.

Jimmy's fellow Scandinavian once said something about statistics and miniskirts.

He can only beat the teams we have to face, so he has won his first five games regardless the standard of opposition.

If he is the first manager to do so I don't see the point in knocking it.

We would have plenty to say if he had lost them.

Some Saint player getting it tight for re-tweeting some link (terminology may not be accurate) to something - a film or somesuch - that runaway cowardly racist fúcker Yaxley-Lennon is involved in.

    FFS.
    A 22 year old.

Seems to be a target age group for the racist c*nt.

Keep having to remind my 17 year old to stay clear of zoomers of his ilk when he is trawling through social media.

Pape Gueye … Jesus Christ kicks the ball with his shins , does not look comfortable on the ball.
Ambrose, I am still trying to figure out if he is actually a football player. Both looked extremely poor.
