I dont really rate him that much (seen too little of him), but he seems to be the big thing at CB position this window.

It could also be agent driven, to get a better contract at Palace. Either way, I still dont think we will sign him.
It's happening. I can't see another club paying the money...not one he would go to.

    City...no
    Arsenal...no
    Liverpool..no
    Villa..no
    Spurs...no
    Chelsea...no
    Mmm...
    Man U...no

As for not rating him. We all have different opinions. He was possibly our best player at the Euros.(Okay..I know we were crap!)

He can play on the left or the right. Decent with the ball, decent in the air, decent at reading the game. More importantly he has pace which is lacking. A long term partnership with Botman is a great prospect!

I think this is a great signing.

Massive coup if we did get him. Very good player.

Few reports today that Chelsea are trying to hijack the deal

    Chelsea has the 'buy-back' option.

Match or beat our offer. However, Chelsea will also have to convince that he's going to get the same opportunities he is at Palace and will at NUFC despite them having 9 million centre backs.

    Axel Disasi
    Benoît Badiashile
    Levi Colwill
    Trevoh Chalobah
    Tosin Adarabioyo
    Wesley Fofana

Well, 6 to be exact. Disasi, Badi, Fofana they paid a lot of money for. So Would Guehi like the idea of joining that dressing room or the tight knit, fun working environment Eddie, the MadDog and the leadership group have created?

The lad wants to play, has commented that he loves to play at SJP, came through the Chelsea academy with Tino & Hall and is good mates with Gordon.

We're in the box seat, we've got a world class negotiator / DoF working on the deal, the lad is positive about the move.

Let's hope this one can get done before the weekend and not drag on and on.

Chelsea are looking more and more like a player dealing agency than a football club every day. They’ll never get anywhere by flooding their squad with new players every 5 minutes.
At the risk of sounding sour grapes, if Guehi wants to go there then I don’t want him at NUFC.

    Oh god bless them!

Long may they continue this nonsense and float around in the 6-10 positions.

We won't be having any issues with them as we continue our focused drive to the top.

I can see him wanting to come here rather than going to Chelski. As said above Chelski are becoming a player trading area unlike us as a club, steadily building and improving team, squad and academy all geared for the future for the club's, player's, academy's and supporters benefit.

Hes good enough to be a starter over most of the other CBs at Chelsea.

Plus he can stay in London, wich he probably would prefer.

I'm affraid it will be like Tosin Adarabioyo all over again... IF Chelseas interest in genuine.

Wouldnt be surprised if Man U and Liverpool also comes in for him.
