It wasn't just Enoch Powell, Rachel Reeves saw this coming EIGHT years ago, just a shame that no one took any notice.

"Labour MP Rachel Reeves: Riots could sweep streets of Britain if immigration is not curbed after Brexit"

"Former Shadow Cabinet minister Rachel Reeves has warned that Britain could "explode" into rioting if immigration is not curbed after Brexit. The former Shadow Work and Pensions Secretary warned that there were "bubbling tensions" over immigration that could spill over into violence if the deal agreed with the rest of the EU did not include an end to freedom of movement. Speaking at a fringe event at the Labour Party Conference in Liverpool on Tuesday afternoon, the Leeds West MP said the party must listen to voters’ concerns. She said: "We have got to get this right because there are bubbling tensions in this country that I just think could explode.

"You had those riots in 2011... If riots started again in Leeds and bits of my constituency - it's like a tinderbox."

Sensible words from her those Sinkov - I really am of the opinion that they don’t want to sort it out because a good distraction draws our gaze away from other things they’re planning and sneaking in quietly away.

As I’ve posted numerous times All that matters in politics is me me me me me me oh and me and forget everyone else and their woes and struggles as long as they don’t affect me it’s fine.

They should clear out the lot of them too to bottom and make them re apply if they want to stating how they will improve and make our great country Great again

This should be measured as in any other job and if you don’t row the line and fulfil your duties ( without fleecing the expenses ) your out.

They must laugh all over Europe at us and the way we run this country - PM question time is like a school playground when i was a child.

We really are in a spot of bother

We simply MUST tell France & the EU Schengen gang to sort our their problem and stop loading the boats with undocumented people in Northern France and shipping their problem to us.

The ONS report on migration for 2023 makes interesting reading.

It is estimated that 1.2 million people migrated to the UK, whilst 525’000 sensible people left the country. Net immigration was 675’000 for 2023.

Of that roughly 11% were so-called asylum seekers crossing the Channel in the main. Still a significant number.

The vast majority were legal migrants with most of them being dependants of immigrants already in the country.

With all due respect to BT, I don’t think either the French or Schengen can be blamed for allowing over 1’000’000 people legally into the country.

The focus on the illegal immigrants crossing the channel masks the real problem in the UK. That is the immigration laws relating to legal immigration.

I agree with BT that the situation with France needs to be resolved.

However, I would suggest that the financial incentives offered to illegal immigrants needs to be looked at. The financial package on offer is clearly worth risking one’s life for in terms of crossing the Channel and greatly exceeds the package on offer to OaP’s who have paid their taxes etc and now won’t even get £300 towards their bills.

Taking off the blinkered racist sunglasses before I retired I worked with lots of Asian businesses in Oldham, Manchester, Bolton, Accrington, Burnley & Blackburn. In the main I found the Asians to be courteous, business-like with close knit families. I was often referred to an associate colleague or business and never had a problem dealing with Asians. Kids at university, kids in professions all close knit and just wanting to be left alone to earn a living and bring their kids up.

A few dodgy buggers amongst them no doubt but personally I'd rather have dealt with Asian businesses than spend one moment with one GCSE in "Hate thy neighbour" & "We want our country back" EDL yob thank you very much.

What's the problem with documented & approved immigrants?

This is just the beginning. Your leaders have condemned your children and grandchildren to refight the wars of religion. This was utterly predictable to anybody who has studied the history of Islam over 1400 years. Importing millions of Muslim while your own birth rates plummet has put you at risk of conquest. Your leaders also disarmed you. When the rivers of blood really start flowing in a year, two, or five, your country will be inundated by heavily-armed jihadists from all over the world. You English will be forbidden to own butter knives. Your children will face a stark choice: Convert to Islam, pay the jizya in return for a humiliating dhimmi status, death, exile, or enslavement. If you want to see how it works, study the slow death of Greek Christianity in Anatolia beginning 900 years ago.

There is an answer but you cannot yet speak it: Reconquista.

I have no doubt that they are industrious, honest, kind people.

That is not the point. I would swap them for the thugs, layabouts and work shy any day.

However, the population cannot keep growing at 675’000 per year, plus organic growth. The infrastructure simply cannot support it.

Houses are expensive. Why? I’ll give you a clue - demand exceeds supply. There is a shortage of doctors etc. Why? Another clue - demand exceeds supply. Roads choked with traffic.

This has nothing to do racism, it is the simple fact that the island, that is one third the size of France, already has a population larger than France. It cannot sustain that sort of growth.

We have loads of land, it's the urbanisation and gentrification that's the big problem not a few hundred thousand documented migrants.

And CiB, I personally know a lot more Asian folk than you do and you might be surprised at how many of the younger British born Asian origin youngsters are turning their backs on Islam.

And please no-one on here post, "We are a Christian country". We are not.

Indeed, one needs look no further than Mohammed himself - a warlord, a mass murderer, a *****phile, polygamous. He had his enemies murdered and had prisoners of war executed.

There was a good reason why Winston Churchill called Islam “the most retrograde force in the world” and compared the Quran to Mein Kampf.

Islam is not democratic and does not support freedom. It is a totalitarian ideology and its followers will never integrate into a democracy. Their goal is to take over the very democracy that welcomes it.

The Trojan horse has nothing on what is happening in not just Britain, but the west generally.
