    Solihull 10k

    My twin brother did this 10k today , despite carrying a muscle strain managed a desent time of 1h 08m on a hot day .
    He raised over £1,000 for a good cause .

    Hi his mate died of Pancreas cancer so it was charity involved in this .
    What does net cat pos mean on the results he was 3rd

    Pos is the position he finished in his age Cat Category. So for over 70 year category he finished 3rd..
