Thread: Jbg

    Jbg

Interesting video emerging of JBG and Kompany confronting each other on the training ground-he is clearly unhappy and not a pleasant watch!
More telling, is the fact that once VK had departed Pace was instrumental in bringing JBG back-speaks volumes!

Whilst I have been retired for a few years now, I made quite a few friends in Belgium through business trips; and when VK was appointed they warned me "not to get too excited"

In truth' Anderlecht were glad to see the back of him-it appears there have been a number of posts over there from fans on sites like this; expressing the same sort of comments about his tenure there, tactics and down right stubbornness he displayed at BFC
VK should have been sacked last Xmas if not before-the only reason he didn't (and its just my opinion) Pace and his board couldn't afford to do it)

He's set off like a house on fire in Munich though BTP. Early days yet but let's wait and see.

That is just a common occurrence in a dressing room or pitch side - falling out - fighting - scuffles etc.

Some players need that - I’ll say this JBG played a lot under VK when if I’m honest I wouldn’t have played him ( certainly not starting games anyway ).

All in a days work I feel not as dramatic as the press are making out ( about right for the tabloids here though isn’t it ).

Well army maybe I am biased and one of the few who wasn't convinced from day1!
People have short memories-yes am sure what you say happens a lot-its life!
However it was telling that Pace brought him back-personally I believe JBG his best days are behind him
Why didn't I like VK?-well woke, patronising and I always felt if he was an ice cream "he would lick himself"
Every interview he did was the same-I just turned off.
At least Dyche "told it like it was"!

A VK moment at Anderlecht, I wonder how many he had last season.

Can’t really draw any conclusions from it, because there is no context behind it. I’d actually suggest the video is somewhat biased… All it shows is JBG getting a B*ll*cking…. It doesn’t show what may have led up to it….

Wasn’t trying to make excuses for him Plughole - just I’ve been in dressing rooms with that toxicity where people get dressed down and told they’re not doing their jobs, me included ( not much mind )

Personally for me he was no different to Dyche in his press conferences- he has an arrogance of course I understand people thinking that - Dyche was always tight margins.

The thing we forget is it’s a job and JBG is paid handsomely for it - to me he. Was obviously messing around or not giving the acceptable application- he does say stop moaning several times to him.

You can't speak to anyone like that and expect to earn their respect or anyone who witnessed that.
