    No VAR

So you knew we'd scored, what a breath of fresh air, long may it continue.

I know the EPL is the supposed bees knees but give me the Championship any day of the week. And twice on a Sunday.

For once I agree with you BT. That scares me so I am seeing my doctor tomorrow. We can still do that en Suisse.

BBC Sport understands the Premier League has spoken to clubs and managers about how public criticism of the video assistant referee (VAR) system undermines the game - and that there will be a new focus on regulating such comments.
Sources told BBC Sport the Premier League felt it became too easy to blame VAR as a deflection.
In June, Premier League clubs voted 19-1 to keep VAR for the new season after Wolves triggered a vote on the technology when they formally submitted a resolution in May.

Effectively the EPL clubs have agreed by that vote to be gagged and silenced (publicly at least) about commenting on VAR even when the operation of VAR undermines the integrity of results as we all well know it has done.

Whilst it's clear that it's VAR itself that's undermining the game, and not the criticism of it, as Sir Outwood points out the PL does have a point, the clubs voted overwhelmingly to keep the dysfunctional, hated VAR system in place, so don't fecking whine about it now, you voted for it.
