The penalty save was a very good one and puts pressure on the next kicker who then puts pressure on the next one by missing too. Would also say the Utd pens were all very good particularly when, I believe, the Fun keeper was one of their overage players.

Fair play to Adams who kept marshalling his defenders for the full 90, I think there were a couple of 'new' boys in from the Buckie game but Adams kept on top of them, very vocal.

After being in it for so long that's a big collapse from St Mrn.

Great result by Killie, better than anything we've achieved in 35 years, would be surprised if they got further though.

Not sure about that, Tromso haven't played European football for a decade till the last couple weeks, if they got by an fc Copenhagen to reach the group stage next then sure I'd agree

Co efficient being better has helped them, They finished 4th like we did but they got two cracks at it, finishing 4th last season got you a Europa League place, they played and got knocked out by cercle bruge then got a second shot at it in conference league and edged a team as new to it as them, us finishing 4th got conference league against a top team in AZ who went onto reach the semi final

See Falkirk put Hearts out 2-0 and Ayr win again in league after thumping Airdrie last week (which the fun have replicated today) further showing the group we had was strong

Spartan's best County, Sheep edged QP late

Would be ironic if we get through and draw Spartans away in the last 8, given what happened last July in the group

I don't know what the ref was doing or why VAR got involved with that first Rangers goal today. Referee had a perfect view, deemed Desser had fouled the St John defender, but then played on until Desser scored, then brought it back for a foul. Had he just done his job and blown for a foul, Desser wouldn't have scored, and it wouldn't have gone to VAR, like the ref just made it up as he went along. And I don't know why VAR got involved, it wasn't a clear and obvious error. Desser gives the defender a little nudge, soft foul, but still a foul if the ref deems it a foul, needless to say he goes to the monitor and bottles his original decision, he can't see anything different from what he saw at the time. For what it's worth, I didn't think it was a foul, but it's one those annoying fouls defenders get every game, and Steven Pressley made a career out of. Bizarre.

What is the correct ruling here?

Attacker is 20 yards from goal, he's fouled in play at the edge of the box. The referee allows the game to continue, giving the attacking team the advantage.
    Advantage rule yeah.
The ball is passed to another attacker who smacks a shot on goal. Keeper parries it away for a corner.
Referee blows his whistle and awards the attacking team a free kick where the foul was committed.
So was the referee correct or has he given the attacking team a double advantage?
