The only thing i can think of is we play 1 striker, and have 3 at the club so maybe they're content.
Because Chicksen has been great going forward so far in an attacking position... Gordon and Tsaroulla have already proven to be injury prone, Gordon has been injured twice since signing, to think we don't need another wing back is just stupid

We proactively moved on the defence and replaced it all.
We got in a Gk even though we had the same 2 senior keepers from last season.

We spent quite a bit of money on striker even though we only play one and he was our main man, there is a lot of forward thinking at the club not all doom and gloom.

We’re 2 or 3 short, it’s not ideal but it’s where we are.
If Dan Crowley goes then so will Jones.
We will then be 4 or 5 short.

Meh plenty of time yet. Enough time for me not to engage in the pant pis**** just yet anyway. I’m sure more business will be done before the window shuts.

I have made an observation and you believe it to be a stupid one no problem. I think it’s pretty stupid that you think it would be the ‘beginning of the end for the owners’ if they were to sell Crowley but there we are.

Ultimately our opinions mean very little anyway. It’s the bros that will make the final decision. Whatever they choose I’m sure will be done so with the best interests of the club at heart.

    Have a good afternoon 🤝

Was he? Totally different type of player to replace Langstaff? That makes sense. He was bought it to offer another edge to our attacking play as we lacked height

When fans start poking at the owners because there is a breakdown of trust then yes, that's the beginning of the end. Unless our owners make a massive about turn and sign some replacements that aren't youth or "potential" to replace the actual quality we have lost then fans are going to question them, and selling Crowley with no actual replacement (and before you say Austin can play there, may I remind you he's utter rubbish) then that trust will start to erode

I don't think replacement means life size replica.

Hasn't Crowley still got 2yrs left? 2/300k seems a little cheap.
MK could be looking for a new manager soon if results don't pick up & new owners

So it has to be reactive not proactive and it has to be like for like or it doesn’t count. Ok, you win.

He was brought in to offer another edge to our attacking play whilst Langstaff was here and he did. That doesn’t automatically disqualify him from being a replacement when as expected our top scorer moved up the leagues.

The cynicism aimed towards the owners this past couple of months is truly baffling. Just shows no matter how well they do, how much good they do, how much they spend on the club it won’t stop those who are truly committed to cynicism and pessimism.
