Tonali admitted all charges and worked with the authorities as mentioned so it was swift and he was given leniency. Paqueta is denying all charges. If found guilt of the worst potential charges, the conviction could end his career.

Such a very sad state of affairs if the worst turns out to be true.

I kind hope for his sake that it's not true. However, allegedly, if he's bet against himself and then thrown the match, there is no excuse for what he's done.
