    5-0

One for the statisticians here, when did we last win by 5-0?

I don't know kritichris, but the last time we scored 9 goals in 2 games was March 2009 - Palace 4-2 and Forest 5-0.

We beat Sheffield United 5-0 at the Turf last season.

It's starting to look obvious to me, we are miles too good for the Championship and not good enough for the EPL.

The gulf in class between us and Cardiff was so great I actually felt sorry for the travelling away fans.

Agree on feeling sorry for the travelling fans but disagree on the performance , thought we were poor especially first half , Cardiff kept the ball quite well and caused us problems in that first half , we looked a bit disorganised.
Better second half , we started moving the ball quicker with more purpose and Cardiff looked more deflated as the game went on.
Excellent signs though if we can win 5-0 without being near to our best , next two games will be much tougher tests. UTC

Sunderland look a very different prospect to Luton & Cardiff. They are not having the lion’s share of possession v Wednesday but like us yesterday when they get opportunities they are taking them.

Far to early to get carried away.

We looked weak in midfield yesterday and missed Berge.
Rodriguez is class, but showing his years now, looking slow and latheargic.
New striker although saw little of the ball looks like he has pace, and is going to be quite a handful

I agree.First half we were bobbins but somehow managed to go in 2-0 up at half time.Second half started similar but the third goal ended the game as a contest.Cardiff`s heads dropped.
Next two league games will see where we really stand.Sunderland are flying and Barstewards are no walkover.
