I’ve given a pint per week for the last year to reduce the iron in my system. Mine is thrown straight into the bin.
Regarding the blood thinners. They use an anti coagulant in the bag they fill to stop it clotting.

Everyone should give if they can.

I must say that the French don’t give biscuits and a cup of tea.

You can have a full meal! I usually have a cheese sandwich a cup of coffee and some fruit.
However I have become quite fond of the charcuterie with pickles!

Apparently it’s custard creams or naked penguins in the uk!

The difference would blow your mind 😂
