Anyone who believes anything from a social media source would be better off watching serious entertainment like I'm a failed Celeb, get me in here again.

Another absolute winner here from your lot BT:-

"Misogyny will be treated as terrorism": Misogyny has been equated with terrorism in Britain - "even those who write disrespectful posts about women on social media will be outlawed".

"Amid the spread of radical ideas among ****agers, the British Home Secretary Yvette Cooper has decided to review the strategy for countering extremism in order to combat misogyny. In order to combat this undesirable phenomenon, the country may equate misogyny with terrorism.
If the initiative is approved, anyone who writes disrespectful posts about women on social media will be outlawed. Teachers will also be required to monitor manifestations of misogyny among schoolchildren. "The government has failed to cope with the rise of extremism both online and on our streets for too long. We are seeing an increasing number of young people who are taking up radical ideas. Incitement to hatred is destroying both our society and democracy

I'm tending to look behind the headline on this one CiB. The way in which some cultures and communities located here in the UK treat women is truly frightening.

Shamima Begun being just about the perfect example.

They never learn. Whilst I understand and agree that misogyny and misandrism are both unacceptable, trying to legislate against such subjective concepts is fraught with difficulties, makes lawyers wealthier and clogs up the courts. Definitions are vague. In extrémis, I remember holding the door for a woman out of courtesy (that was how I was brought up) who turned on me and asked if I thought she couldn’t open the f**king door herself.

Was I being mysoginistic in assuming that a woman can’t open a door for herself? Common sense says no, but common sense doesn’t play a part anymore.

In the reductio ad absurdum that is an example of how ludicrous it can get with legislation like that.

All true but beside the point. How much evidence do we need before we conclude that the UK government is no longer responsive to its people, that it has been captured by globalists? It will destroy your capacity to resist through totalitarian repression and mass immigration. Your leaders are not mistaken or misguided. They cannot be shamed or persuaded. They are destroying you quite deliberately.

True enough Robus, the majority though cannot or will not see it, how we escape this dystopian future being imposed upon us I have no idea. Quite probably we can't.

I always open the door for the opposite ***, and so far I've never been abused for it, although it's probably only a matter of time, usually I get a smile and a thank you, although in France it was more usual just to be ignored, posh French bints would just walk through the open door with their noses in the air, as though it was their god given right to have doors opened for them. Maybe in France it is.
