Players were down when LW left. He sounds more than a tad disappointed with how things are working out for him. I can't help feel we should be getting more out of him and that he's got more to give.

Sounded pretty upbeat to me and was just honest about LWs departure. He’ll play more than his part this season I’m sure, he needs to be managed as I think we overplayed him a bit too much the start of last season.Originally Posted by Old_pie

I meant generally over the whole of the interview, no players happy when they’re not starting all the time. The general consensus on here was he shouldn’t be starting every game, I get a feeling he will tomorrow and he did start last Tuesday, I think SMs trying to manage his minutes which isn’t a bad idea at 36 whether Didzy likes it or not.
