Especially when the BBC kept Huw Edwards on the payroll way past him being charged with what he got charged with. Something else must have happened that isn't being said
It depends on what was allegedly said in those '.....just text messages....' surely?

Is "bashing the old ping-pong" a euphemism for...what?

I think I heard him once mention that a close mate of his growing up in Clifton was/is a Notts fan, so perhaps his dislike of Notts is more of a case of the rival banter mindset than genuine hate (which Collymore clearly has for Notts having been rejected by Mick Walker). Still not very professional of Jenas though and I will be glad to see the back of him but fear he'll now end up at talkSport, which I listen to far more often than I do the BBC.

I’ve been genuinely puzzled by Jenas’ burgeoning broadcast career. His playing career was nothing special, he brings no tactical acumen to the table like say a Neville or a Carragher and he doesn’t have an attractive personality like McCoist or Wright. I’m very happy that we won’t see him on our screens for the foreseeable, though I hope no one’s been too hurt by whatever he’s supposed to have done.

I know a few on here like to have a pop at the BBC for idealogical reasons but other than Lineker their choices for presenters, pundits and commentators has gone down the pan in recent years. ITV smashed them out of the park at the Euros. At least Radio Red was tolerable listening on the way home last night.

Apparently it was to do with some show where they take your phone and send something to all in your phonebook. They sent a picture of him without a top on and someone in the BBC got the picture and complained to the BBC about it. Oh dear, unfortunately that's the state of Britain these days, everyones offended by something or someone!!!

According to the BBC it’s a bit more serious than that. Sending “inappropriate “ messages to a female colleague, see that? Messages, plural.

Like most here, I have no love of the bloke and he seems to have risen, way above his level in both football and media but, I have a feeling that this may be a knee jerk reaction from the BBC after the Huw Edwards scandal.

He was already working for talkSport and was actually about to go on air yesterday when the news broke. He has apparently also been dropped by talkSport too now, whether temporarily or permanently I'm not sure

Other women are now coming forward with complaints about him too

Has got to mean sharing his artistic self portraits of the male member.

Can't think what else you would get sacked by the BBC, let go by your management agency, and have your mural deleted for.
