Dark Blue Property Holdings are NOT Dundee FC.
Years ago DBPH said they would buy Dens back but for many years never did so. But, recently they did. Fine so far but once again it means that DBPH own Dens, not Dundee FC.

So DBPH would own any new stadium AND Dens Park. At some point they could sell their whole stake in the Campy project and sell Dens Park. That is their end game, Commercial profit from property deals which end up with DFC owning nothing more than a lawnmower and a strimmer. And paying rent for ever more on a stadium they don't own, at the mercy of any new landlord.
