    Enjoy your tax rises.

This w anchor keeps going on about the “£22 billion black hole”, more than £9b of this is down to the pay rises he’s sanctioned for Public Sector workers FFS.

The man is a liar as well as a joke.

Prepare to be worse off folks.

What's your alternative, the Tories? More train strikes? More Doctors strikes?

We live in a country where we only have two parties who can win.

The other lot just had 14 years to screw the country. These are the best of a bad two.

Don’t fkin tell lies if you want to be “different”.

Say there’s a £13b black hole (if actually true) and don’t guild the lilly by adding on the £9b that you yourself have sanctioned.

It’s this sort of stuff that winds a lot of us up more than almost anything else with politics.

With a majority of that size you can speak the truth, even if that truth is to say to everyone, “sorry, we need an extra £500b to fix the mess and sort out social care”……nobody can do a thing about it if they did it that way and they’d still win the next election anyway.

Just speak truth instead of hiding it behind in incompetence of the last lot!

I actually do agree with you. They were so far ahead before the election in the polls I thought they may have used some of that leverage to suggest then that there would have to be some touch decisions on tax - instead of saying it now we're a few weeks into them being there.

But the question about the alternative still remains though, we have a choice out of Labour and Tories. They still have some considerable way to go before they can be worse than the Tories in my eyes.

I donÂ’t mind what heÂ’s doing but how heÂ’s doing it is amateur. HeÂ’s making a real mess and pulling the wool over eyes.

Labour have the best part of five years to demonstrate that they are worse than the Tories; I am quite sure that they will manage that in well under five years!

Inheritance tax will rise as will council tax and don’t expect a state pension unless you are prepared to be means tested! The other taxation for sure will be an increase in business rates!

    Enjoy your day!

You watch - the length of the gifting rules will increase too as they will be aware of the loop holes and fiddles!

They'll have some considerable way to go to be worse than that lot. Not giving their mates billions in public contracts would already be an improvement.

Trains running and doctors going to work is also quite helpful.

For what its worth, I don't think its a bad start from them. They genuinely have inherited a complete sh1tshow, they should have just been more honest about that before the election happened.

Anyone who thinks we've been governed well for 14 years before them needs their head checked.
