Not bothered about wober, he doesn’t care and doesn’t want to be here, get rid, gnonto wether he stays or goes and as petulant as he is, is a great talent and plays with a smile on his face.

Gnonto has been great in the last few games and really good at this level.

He also seems to be enjoying his football, he was the one I wasn’t bothered about going, but now I hope he stays.

Our wheelers and dealers seem to have awoken from their slumber, for what ever reason or pressures exerted.

Nice job they have when they can just turn up for the last 2 weeks of the transfer window.

I have been no fan of how they conducted the transfer window but…

Seems things are coming together. Some of the rumors would not have happened early in the window. The financial rules have really kicked in this window. Fees are way down and teams have players that are surplus or on last year of contract. Some need money and are anxious to sell late in window

Unlike the Orta windows it seems there is some method to their approach and the have walked away from deals as well as stuck to a disciplined approach. You have to be flexible and willing to walk away. We may have gotten some good deals and the contracts can’t be any worse than the Orta players

As it was said repeatedly, you need to wait until the transfer deadline before unloading on management. Seemed to have been quite active, and whether successful, time will tell.
Still would have made a striker the priority...regardless of how Joseph is shaping up...but doesn't appear to be the case though. 🤔

Other factors include Euros this year and last minute French Football TV deal finalised.

See Blades have now said Hamer is for sale for 18m. Great player but even better would be the look on Wilder’s face.

See strong links to Tanaka (roughly 2.5m release clause) and Sallai.

Billings and Aarons linked too but could just be the media.

If they pull of Sallai and one of Hamer or Billings then that would be a very good transfer window indeed.

Think 18m is pretty rich. However, would the look on wilders face be worth 3 million or so???

Hope the Sallai deal comes together. I watch some Bund 2 games on the web and they have some solid players. Also can be pretty physical so hopefully the transition to the championship would be simple. You can't teach pace.

Has their ever been good Japanese player in the Prem or Championship? Cant recall one. I know we had one a while back and he did not work out.

Full back at Arsenal and think they had a decent midfielder a few seasons back. Lad at Celtic in the 10/9 roles - Kyogo- seems to be a cult hero up there.

Think Hamer is ‘worth’ 18m given the prices some other players have been bought for. He would be a phenomenal additional and vying for best player at the club. Maybe we could throw in Bambi for free.
