Not sure what to make of this one, if you go by his on the pitch form his goal scoring record doesn’t suggest he is an out and out striker so possibly his signing is for the attacking midfielder position freeing up Scott and McGoldrick to concentrate solely on competing with Jatta. He's gonna play 30 mins per game tops, plus maybe the cups. If he is still drinking and slapping women and hasn't sought help for his issues, this signing is bat **** mental. Doesn't look like that's the case though. This signing seems fine to me but we will see how it turns out. And stop thinking about Montague so much, it's not healthy.

He also has a drink problem and in the past year has seemed help from the PFA with it.

We didn't sign Hughes, the club did so we are quite within our rights to not entertain this signing
