Thread: 📝 And we waited all day for this? [Jevani Brown signs]

Not sure what to make of this one, if you go by his on the pitch form his goal scoring record doesn’t suggest he is an out and out striker so possibly his signing is for the attacking midfielder position freeing up Scott and McGoldrick to concentrate solely on competing with Jatta. Bemusing signing, realistically though this is the type of player we should have envisaged really as a squad filler.

Doesn't look like that's the case though. This signing seems fine to me but we will see how it turns out. And stop thinking about Montague so much, it's not healthy.
Fair point driller and your comment made me chuckle at least

Defend Montague no matter what on his recruitment record to date? Defend Montague from people who don’t like the use of computers?

Please tell me what he needs to be defended on? What or who are you are comparing him against?

Do you honestly think we've just agreed to pay a heavy drinker's wages for the season? I mean what are the chances, really?

Calling you a spoilt child because you threw your toys out of the pram because one of our signings is rather left field. It's not a personal insult, it's accurate. It's not the best signing we've made but people like you forget all the good stuff and whinge like a little baby over the first sign of negativity. Get a life.

If there was ever a signing that was going to stoke up the board on the last night, this was it.

More personal insults that's about your level is it? I've commented positively on previous signing but simply don't agree on this one

Personal insults? You're worse than an apologist if you get upset by somebody calling you out for what you are pal. I could continue but you'll probably report me to the anti terrorist squad! Not agreeing is one thing. Carrying on like you are is frankly embarrassing.
