Durham subtly changed that stance last week. It’s hard not to when he scores 4 goals in 2 games after leading the line on his own!

Gateshead top and unbeaten before yesterday, Dag & Red mid-table thrash them 7-1. Just goes to show how nuts and unpredictable this game can be at times.

But I thought that Durham was rarely if ever wrong as he says so himself.

Although the NL teams can sign players up till March, I’m pretty sure we are bound to FL rules and would only be able to recall and register Junior during the January window. If there were injuries at that point and were still doing well, I’d imagine we’d look to strengthen with a loan from further up. In my opinion, his time is done here. Not all signings will work out and we’ve moved beyond his ability. Likely leave on a free in the summer to Dagenham.

Because it's a window to window loan, he can't be recalled. If it was a month to month loan, he could be recalled. When we were in the NL, Oxford investigated bringing Jodi Jones back but we're reminded it wasn't allowed as it was window to window whereas Stockport recalled Lemonheigh-Evans as it was a month to month deal

Like don't get me wrong, he was decent for us, in the national league, two years ago, but he just isn't good enough. Just like the likes of Cameron, Brindley and Rawlinson, being half decent for us in the nl means absolutely nothing now.

Plus I'm not sure how coming back from Bromley allows you to be more qualified on the subject than anyone else. It's not like Cedwyn played or anything with him being injured yet again and currently unable to hit a barn door with an M60.

Morias is far better suited for the role in behind the main striker. He's got a low centre of gravity, is good with the ball at his feet, and has scored more goals for notts in the last than Scott and actually has some pace.

It'd be remiss of me to say that I genuinely think we should bring morias back, I actually think he should stay at dagenham cedwyn should leave also, while we bring another player in in January, but we could definitely do far worse than replacing Scott with morias.
I will tell you why, Ive managed to see every minute the guy has played for Notts, and he is much better than some of the armchair cretins on here give him credit for. As For Morias, I wouldnt have him back if he was the last player available. He is rubbish.. I dont suppose you were at Bromley....

He's much better in the national league, two years ago you mean, considering that's the last time he actually looked like a capable footballer for notts...

Why would being at Bromley tell me anything about Morias or Scott considering neither of them played? We get that you go to away games, good for you🤷*♂️ hardly relevant to the debate on whether Scott is good enough though is it?

It's not controversial to say that Morias is a better option than Scott. He's scored goals in L1, L2, and the Scottish Prem, as well as being a decent NL player for years. Scott has never scored a league goal.

For what it's worth, I rated Scott highly during the promotion season and was looking forward to seeing what he could do in L2. I'm still waiting though. He's not been given a proper run in the team, but injuries aside, it's because he's not good enough to start ahead of other players.

You have probably never seen either of them...
