You are nothing if not consistent mon ami, consistently wrong. This was not an indiscriminate attack on a civilian population. Only members of Hezbollah, a proscribed terrorist organisation, were issued with those pagers, thus it was clearly a surgical targeted attack on terrorists, these same terrorists incidentally are firing hundreds of missiles a week indiscriminately at centres of population in Israel and recently killed a dozen Druze kids innocently playing a game of football.
