    In my opinion Nelmsy is dragging things along as it keeps him in the spotlight.
    Unfortunately the local newspaper reporters are frightened to ask Nelmsy why he will not supply all the information requested by the Dundee City Council planners as they would probably no longer be welcome in Gardyne and Dens Park.
